Without the Charter Trustees, where are the checks and balances?
How will the College find the Lay Trustees? Why do we need more people who are not doctors? Do they get paid?
If a majority of Trustees are also on Council, won't the Board of Trustees just be marking its own homework?
Will it be upsetting for those members of Council who will lose their "charity trustee" status?
Is this a "downgrade" for Council? Is it now just an advisory body?
